First, download and install the App on your iPhone and then once installed, open it. The App is Giphy Cam.
Give permission to use the camera.
Click on the record button to record a small part of the video, or hold it.
Or you can also click on the camera icon or choose a video or photo from your camera roll.
You’ll see a timeline of the video. When you are done, tap the arrow pointing right.
Now you can choose effects or add animated stickers, faces add more to make your GIF look awesome. You can’t have both a video effect and stickers, though.
